Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-26

These terms govern the subscription and use of the SoloAtiendo service by businesses and professionals (the “Customer”).

1. The Service

SoloAtiendo provides an AI phone assistant: a dedicated number that answers calls, resolves enquiries and manages appointments as configured by the Customer.

2. Subscription and payments

The Service is a monthly subscription (Starter €79, Professional €159, Enterprise €299, taxes per invoice).

Payments are processed by Stripe. The Customer is invoiced with the applicable tax breakdown.

No lock-in: the Customer may cancel at any time; the Service remains active until the end of the paid period.

3. Customer obligations

Provide accurate business information (hours, services, indicative prices).

Inform its customers about the automated phone assistant and call recording through its own channels where required, and sign the data processing agreement provided at onboarding.

Not use the Service for unlawful purposes, spam, emergency calls or activities that process health data (the Service is not an emergency channel: in an emergency call 112).

The Service answers voice calls: it does not generate images or video. It must not be used to create or distribute sexual or intimate content of people without their consent, or content that impersonates others.

4. Availability and limits

The Service is provided on commercially reasonable efforts over third-party cloud providers; uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Appointments are created in the calendar the Customer connects; the Customer is responsible for reviewing its schedule. The assistant may make mistakes: critical confirmations should be verified.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid by the Customer in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to it.

The Service does not provide medical advice nor handle medical emergencies.

6. Termination

Non-payment suspends the Service (the number stops being answered). Definitive cancellation removes the tenant configuration; call data is deleted per the Privacy Policy retention periods.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
